90 Degrees up partners with small non-profits, creatives and start-ups. I can help establish or strengthen the foundation you need today in order to grow your impact for tomorrow.

As principal for 90 Degrees Up, I bring over 30 years of experience in non-profit management.  More specifically, in my role as Executive Director, I steered a community school for the arts through growth and change over those 30 years.  In whatever way you may choose to engage with 90 Degrees Up, I can provide suggestions, guidance or hands-on assistance drawing on my real world experience to get the job done.

If you choose to engage with me, I’ll provide mutually agreed-upon, time-delimited services and supportl  This might include working with your lead staff or board members; or, for creatives and sole proprietors, perhaps we need to work one-on-one or with a small group of volunteers.. I offer a negotiated rate and only undertake work if I believe my support will benefit your organization. 

My end goal is to provide foundational 90 degree support (think right angle) to position your organization or business to scale up in the months and years ahead.
